Shippan Point is a very historical location in Stamford and the project can begin with very dated architecture that when transformed sets a milestone for a whole new era.   The Berglund project transformed a nondescript building into a Colonial Masterpiece with large swept trimmed roof.  A modern Master Suite with views to Long island sound brought new life to the home.   A classical makeover including Classical columns and a large crown in the raking cornice provide the balance the home needed.
